PIS PICS

We all have glorious moments of seminary life. Moments that we forever cherished. Experiences that we proudly kept in our memories. Ecstatic poses of life encapsulated in glossy "kodak" pictures (long before the advent of digital camera).
We were the 3rd batch of the PIS (Pre-Internal Seminary). The blessed batch, I should say. If some seminarians feared Fr. Johnny's "negotiable and non-negotiable" principles, we lived by it. It gave us more freedom and responsibility to be outselves. It showed us the true Fr. Johnny...and we were blessed to experience that.

Last March, during my short visit, I gathered some of the pictures of our journey in the PIS with Fr. Johnny. I revisited Iloilo and found three of my classmates seriously immersed in the Ilongo way of life; Felix Sareno is the current Director for Student Affairs, Glen Jaboneta and Fr. Danny Failadona were very much involved in the revitalizaton of De Paul College.

Below are some pics of our batch...some of our glorious moments.

On the way to Bacolod with Fr. Benny Enano

At the Bacolod Cathedral

The Hike to the 7th Falls

Tatagal ka ba? (Sabi ng bato)

Brrrr..., lamiiig!
Ano pa ang mahihiling mo!!

Fr. Johnny, let us build our tents here!

Sinai. (Salamat sa dalaw Bro. Jim)

That is all, see you next time.
